FNB totally *********** client services

After writing several reviews on the treatment my nephew has received from FNB regarding settling his loan account, it is nothing short of totally unacceptable. I have never ever come across such an *********** bunch of people who are supposed to be "client services" they know nothing about client services or how to treat their customers. They have been promising to contact him within 24 to 48 hours and still nothing, this has been going on since the 7 Sept. I wonder what clock they use or if they can even read the time! Today he called "client services" and spoke to Nadia, who promised they will call him back. Well he's still waiting.
