Fnb totally disgusting customer service

Who the hell gives FNB the right to choose a different debit date for my December debits. Unless someone calls me to confirm what date I actually get paid and I authorize this!!!! Now you want to debit before I'm even paid. Calling through and get passed from department to department because no one knows how the hell to do their jobs. Totally disgusted. Been with you for nearly 8 years. I would give you no star but there's no option to.
