FNB - TOTAL WASTE OF TIME
FNB is the worst bank to deal with. Even after logging a complaint on Hellopeter last week nothing changed! No customer service or support. I would never consider this bank again.

If you are responding to complaints on hellopeter then you guys are aware that I am not the only person experiencing such horrible service from you guys. I would really like to know who is responsible for such poor service. You guys advertise so much and promise the world yet the one time I decide to approach your bank, I get nothing but inefficiency.
