FNB tops website information vs Nedbank, Absa and Standard Bank

FNB the only bank so far that has a clear contact number for AgriBusiness. Nedbank & Absa took forever to find someone I could talk to. I called the number for Standard Bank in PMB for AgriBusiness and the phone just rang and rang. Standard Bank Agri receptionist called me 'Darling' and disconnected me when I objected now I can't get through to the number at all.

All this call centres for banks are a waste of time for the caller and the money to setup as no one knows who does what in large companies like these banks. You end up with an unhappy stressed out potential client.
