FNB TOOK OVER R3500 FROM MY ACCOUNT!!!
Today at 11 pm I received an sms saying FNB has adjusted my Credit card LImit.. Two minutes later I checked on my cellphone banking and saw that FNB HAD DEBITTED MY ACCOUNT FOR R2000!!!! I the ALSO discovered they had prior to this debited my account with around R1600!!!
according to the card division call centre. I was informed there is a new campaign running and FNB will adjust customers credit limits and then proceed to debit the customers accounts with the outstanding balance which is now created due to the limit adjustment.
I was also told if there is money your account they will take the amount they need to IRO how u plan to survive till month end.
They left me with only a quarter of the funds I had initially transferred into my credit card account

DOES FNB NOT UNDERSTAND THAT SENDING A SMS NOTIFICATION TWO MINUTES BEFORE THEY ACTUALLY TAKE OUT THE FUNDS DOESNT ACTUALLY EVEN COUNT AS A NOTIFICATION

I AM NOW FEARFUL OF LOSING ANY MORE MONEY, IF AND WHEN FNB DECIDES TO RANDOMLY ADJUST OR DEBIT MY ACCOUNT..
I HAVE CLEARED OUT MY FNB BANK ACCOUNTS AND THAT IS HOW THEY WILL STAY!!
