FNB took my money before time

I took a temporal loan at FNB on 31/03/2018 of R1200.00. I received money on my account today, R2000.00, few minutes later they too R478.48 as loan repayment. so with FNB once you loan money it means there must be no money coming to your account for whatever reasons. i want to use that money for my child's school fees and its very urgent. im getting paid every 25th of the month, thats when they need to deduct their money and not now. Ive been an FNB loyal client for years and I dont deserve this treatment. Can I have this money back to my bank account.
