FNB TOOK MY MONEY AND THEY WON'T GIVE IT BACK

A large sum of money was accidentally transferred from my cheque account into my credit card on the 12th of December 2019. When I tried to transfer it back to my cheque account I got an error message and called the FNB customer care immediately for assistance. After 50 minutes on the phone being transferred from one department to another with no one to help, I went into the branch. At the branch I was yet again told to call yet another department, the credit card department. The consultant I spoke to from the credit card department told me to send an email to *** and assured me that by the end of business today (18th December 2019) my money would be transferred back into my cheque account. I sent the email and received confirmation that the email would be attended to. My money has still not been transferred back into my cheque account and I have debit orders that will be going through from the 19th of December. This is really inconsiderate of FNB as they are going to charge me for any bounced debit orders yet they are the one failing to keep to the deadline set by them.
