FNB took my money

I'm getting tired of FNB. We are going to the 4th week now and nothing has changed but they only told me to wait, I've been waiting ever since

So what happened is I wrote a review here about how FNB took my money and they called me to tell me they will fix it, they said they will investigate, it's been 4 weeks now and this is making me angry and it is stressing me because that money was my last money.

Now they told me they will call me today, the agent told me to wait they will call me today...I've been waiting ever since and no one called, no email, and this is very rude and wrong because they know they are in the wrong.

FNB is getting on my last nerve, I think I should escalate the matter at this point because this is UNACCEPTABLE
