Fnb took money they shouldn't have

An international amount was reserved on my credit card but the actual amount paid was less. FnB hasn't corrected this which means I lost 200 rand. This is not acceptable. Please assist. Please dont try and call me unless you put a +1 in front of the number provided as I'm in canada.
