FNB too big for its britches

I am absolutely horrified to see that a complete stranger has been included in my communication from FNB regarding an extention on my home loan. I am also sure that stranger was also horrified that she has been included in this communication along with her ID number and contact details, i.e. her personal details. (have FNB heard of the POPI act?) I have had the worst service today from FNB, making numerous attempts to call my so-called private banker, the private banker suite, the private chat and any other phone number available on FNB. I was also told that the Private Banker listed on the website is in fact not my private banker. Not only have I wasted a good two hours of my life I then see this email. I am very tempted at this point to take my business and home loan somewhere else.
