FNB Tollgate ***** on Old Debit Cards

I lost my old FNB debit card on the 9th of December in Mbombela Stadium. I wasn’t too worried about this card as it should have been deactivated when Offered me a new cheque account card over 6 months ago. To my absolute surprise 😳 transactions started going off at Nkomazi Toll and Machardo Tollgates on around 2h27 onthe 31st of December. I logged a call on the ***** line and was told to wait 7 to 30 days for feedback. This morning the 7th of Jan, two transactions went off again over R1200. I called FNB ***** line again where their agent casually told me “ohh I see it went off at a Tollgate, you must call our investigators at 8:00, can I give you the number?”

I am so disappointed with FNB at this point, especially because they are fully aware of this ***** for over 10 years now as per the reviews from other clients.
