FNB Toll Gate ***** from a cancelled card

I lost my card and I cancelled it the same day but after 30 days the cancelled card is being used at toll plazas and now I owe FNB R6173.00 how is it possible that FNB allow cancelled cards to transact....and now they tell me I have to wait 30 days on this day and age do they understand the inconvenience is doing to my family..any recommendations to escalate this matter further will be appreciated please help 😭
