Fnb to reverse my debit card fee charge of R120

On the 6th April I went to FNB president square in krugersdorp to do a transaction at the atm. While was still withdraw after keying the atm pin the atm went off. Then I went to the branch complaining that I want my card when they check my card was cancel. I complained that my card was still new and I cannot pay R120 cause the atm switched while was still transacting and that is not my fault. The consultant who was helping me by the name of Thapelo Makgeledise promised that she will reversed the money for me, even today I am still waiting. The debit card fee was debited on the 6th April. All I want is fnb consultant to do the right thing, reverse my R120. I am not happy with this service at all as is not for the first time. I gave him chance from the 6th April till today is the 19th but my fee is not yet reverse.
