FNB TO REOPEN MY ACCOUNT

FNB cancelled my account with them and listed me on SAFPS. I have since been exonerated and been removed from the listing and I have a letter from SAFPS and a police clearance. Since this incident FNB has not reopened my accounts and I am unable to open a new bank account with them. Can someone at FNB assist me.
