Fnb to Fnb transfers what does bank benefit in not transferring funds

Fnb to fnb transfer not reflecting even after 8 hours... It's sad that the service of this once reputable bank is no longer something they could pride themselves on... And premier bankers never have any managers or supervisors available although their messages always say they work under supervision as per FAIS... Maybe something to investigate too?? If transfers within bank group does not reflect timeously, what does the bank benefit from it, maybe something Banking Ombudsman should investigate as from recent complaints on hellopeter this practise suddenly increased wonder why??
