FNB to FNB transfers taking long to reflect

I transferred money from an FNB business account to my personal FNB account around 9pm on a week day (27 January 2015) last week and I only got the money after 12 noon on the 28th of January 2015. On Monday the 2nd of February 2015 I transferred money from my EWallet account to my FNB Cheque account within my own FNB Banking profile to service a debit order. On Tuesday the 3rd of February 2015 I got a notification that my debit order had been unpaid. (It had gone off my account after 2 February 2015 midnight). When I checked my account I noticed that my balance did not show the money that I had transferred from EWallet account but the available balance showed the correct amount that included the money that I had transferred from my EWallet yet the debit order was unpaid. I have been charged R138 by FNB for the unpaid item and my service provider will also be charging me around R800 for late payment.
