Fnb to fnb transfer useless service

I made a transfer from Fnb to fnb and it's been 3hours now and still the funds are not reflecting. It's business related and now the person thinks I'm a ***** because their money has not reflected.I pay over 300r Bank charges because I'm using a Private wealth bank acc but the service is Ridiculous. On my app the funds have gone out, I called over 4times and everytime they telling me thay have to release the funds. Which doesn't makes sense why?! I made payment from FNB TO FNB. RATHER I BANK WITH CAPITEC. USLESS AND STUPID Bank.
