FNB TO FNB TRANSFER NOT RECEIVED

So i just switched to fnb this month. Biggest mistake of my life. The app rejects correct passwords even when i have changed it 3 times already. The bank staff also failed. So basically cnt access money. Went to the branch....used online banking to raise limit so i could withdraw...transaction not successful....sent money from fnb to fnb yesterday, called the call centre...told to wait 12 hrs...12 hrs passed still the reciever has not gotten it and it is so so urgent the family needs medical attention the person is dying..they sat waiting for this money till the next day coz no one could sleep..even myself ...i really regret switching to fnb. As i write this , the money is still being waited for. Wow fnb is really the worst bank ever!
