Fnb to Fnb payment not reflecting

Sold a car to a client and they made an fnb to fnb transfer on the app about 16hours ago. No notification from fnb till now and no funds on my account also. Try to verify the payment and you just get errors. Car gone but money still not in. Client went to the bank and they kept saying all is fine just give a few hours it will reflect but what is a few hours. Rest assured after this transaction am leaving FNB for good.
