FNB to FNB eft not reflecting!!!!

Hi Could you please assist me with a huge problem. A payment of R757500 was made to my business account yesterday and it still hasn't reflected even though it has come off the other persons account. This is negatively affecting a time dependent business transaction which was meant to take place yesterday. Please could you assist with clearance of the funds. Payment was made from FNB CHEQUE *** To the following account FNB cheque *** Your assistance will be greatly appreciated
