FNB to FNB - DELAY DELAY IN PAYMENT

I’m supposed to receive a payment, the payer has provided with the Trace ID - VODS1G41GZ6F paid to my Cheque Account. Even after multiple follow ups no luck. In this digital era FNB to FNB payments are taking unknown turn around time.

I was informed by the payer that I will receive an Instant credit as it is from FNB to FNB. Please confirm when will I receive the payment. Pathetic Service
