Fnb to finalize my claim today.

My claim was submitted on the 27 of February but till today it's not yet finalized. What a poor service from this trusted bank. Please finalize my claim asap, HCP***

They said there is no infection while dr confirmed as per lancet results and I also googled, yes it confirms infection, there is a company who also confirmed infection but fnb is declining.
