FNB to compensate

I have logged numerous complaints, received numerous reference numbers, *** being the latest reference number. The last consultant I spoke with during the course of last week, told me that I don't need to log anymore complaints on the FNB platform as the FNB legal department would be in communication with my attorney. The matter is supposedly being investigated. The problem in this case, is that I have been thoroughly investigated by FNB and the SAPS, from the month of April 2020 up until October and/or November 2020. Case after case after case after case of theft was opened against me by FNB based on a suspicion. I endured investigation after investigation, attended court case after court case, and all cases had the same outcome, withdrawn due to no evidence. I spent a weekend in Booysens Police Station, in a rotten jail cell, slept with insect infested smelly blankets. I lost my employment, my vehicle, medical aid stability, life policy, our property and it very nearly cost me my marriage. My attorney and I are currently still waiting for feedback on our request to meet with the relevant parties to discuss a way forward. I deserve to be compensated for false accusation, slander, loss of employment, mental anguish, emotional distress. My reputation is tarnished and my life destroyed by FNB's accusation based on suspicion, and speculation at best. It seems to be delay tactics by FNB. After already being investigated for six months, the matter is again being investigated. FNB ruined my life. If I need to, then I will take this matter to the media and I will let my voice be heard. The matter can either be settled in the high court or out of court. My attorney has sent a letter of demand (20 working days to respond) and a summons (10 working days to respond) to Coral Bowler, earlier this year, which has had no response. I'm a married man, with three boys to provide for and now cannot provide for my family. I am livid with these delay tactics as my life is destroyed.
