FNB to cheap to phone current clients...

I have noticed for the last couple of times that FNB South Africa is too cheap to phone their exisiting clients. Of course when you provide new business/money to FNB then sure they are ever ready to phone you to get to sign up to stuff. However, after giving you money to FNB and it comes time to say service a policy or the like they refuse to call you i needs be. Whats the point of having a call me back feature on the online banking portal only to leave your details in order to be called back BUT then receing an email from FNB or SMS advising that you need to call them. I woul understand if they could not reach a customer but no, FNBs first course of action is merely to request the client to call FNB. This has happened a few times now, most recently with the FNB Law policy that I have now cancelled. What a cheapskate company since much smaller companies would definitely call a client back. This is just disgusting but is typical of the service provided by certain people that are given jobs in SA.
