FNB TITLE DEED

My Parents have been trying for 2 and a half months to get the original deed for their house which has been paid up for years.

They Have sold their property they need to relocate nobody can assist them with the original Title deed. They have been FNB clients for over 40 years, their personal banker cant assist them !!!

Why is this task so difficult ?
