FNB- Time Waster

I am soo disappointed in FNB . I am currently trying to apply for a home loan; however FNB is making things so difficult and complicated. I was under Debt review and I have settled all my creditors in 2016. Direct Axis seems to be a problem . I have settled the amount and have forwarded the Paid up letter that I received in 2016 from the attorneys to FNB . Now FNB wants a Paid Up letter from Wesbank !!! Is FNB and Wesbank not the same? They wanted a Paid up letter and now they want another paid up letter!!! Strange thing is , My Husband and Myself Bank with FNB. We have our own Company and that is with FNB as well so why does FNB still need another Paid up Letter?

If FNB does not want to assist with a Home Loan then shouldn't FNB just say NO instead of stringing us along and wasting our time. Its now clear that FNB doe not assist people. They string them along and waste precious time of clients. We will definitely be changing banks. People beware of FNB!!!!
