FNB = Time To Switch

Went to the branch to withdraw money I needed to pay back the person I borrowed from, only 3 tellers working behind a door... which case the queue is outside.

Decided to go change the amount i wish to withdraw at the ATM, in the More options menu... amount was changed yet i couldn't withdraw the amount I changed to as my favourite amount. Spoke to one of your consultants, helping clients with numbers to sit in a QUEUE!! and she says i cannot change it on the atm - told her that the option was there on the screen - went through it with her and YET SHE WAS NOT AWARE OF THESE OPTIONS PROVIDED ON THE ATM OPTIONS MENU..

She wanted to check my balance in which case I have sufficient funds, told her that's not the issue I wanted to find out if the balance I changed to favourite amount will only take effect at midnight since after the withdrawal of a minimal amount ... I tried another machine and once again i can only take between R20 - R200...

Do staff members listen to clients - No... do they know what services can be done on an ATM - NO.. and then the Tellers service is absolutely a waste of time since the queue is outside due to a lack of staff as well as the fact that staff members are behind glass ... definitely time for a new bank.

You guys have called me 4 times regarding upgrading my account to a Gold Cheque, in which case one of the call centre guys said my name, then hung up on me! I am not interested in any other account. All i want is people to answer the questions asked by clients, and know what the clients are asking, since I now have to withdraw again on 2 seperate days if the Favourite amount option doesn't even work on the ATM it should be removed and MORE TELLERS AND EFFICIENT SERVICES WOULD BE APPRECIATED (like ABSA).

Seriously annoyed with lack of information I requested and staff member was not aware of the ATM OPTIONS.

Regards, Samantha
