FNB tighten up your security

FNB have taken to deducting money off my account for card payments that do not belong to me for 2 months in a row. I have disputed this but they need to stop immediately. It amounts to ***** when money is taken from an account without permission and it takes them 4 days to reverse the transaction which is totally unacceptable. If it continues I will close my account.
