FNB ****tiest person

Soo since I have opened my account with FNB I have been dealing with unauthorisation transactions going off on my account. I keep blocking my card getting a new one, which I have to pay for every time. Now I got a new card but the last transaction hasn't been paid back. Phoned them this morning again well 20min of one person to another and when I started to complain my call just got dropped. This is the ****tiest service ever so dont bother even to get an account when them. I am waiting for my money back and I will be closing my account
