FNB throughs customers to the wolves...

I had ********** activities om my cheque account. Someone clone my card that was still in my possession. I reported it asap but because I didn't receive any OTPs or notifications my money disappeared before I took notice. FNB promised to see to the case within 7-10 working day. 20 working days, hours of missedplaced calls, numerous Secured chats and multiple empty promises, with me following up and no help from FNB. I received a letter on secure chat that was send out 5 days ago but I never received it, telling me they are not paying out. Not even the assurance on my fussion account as promised. I am very disappointed😡😡😡
