FNB Three Rivers Utterly Useless branch
Couple of useless agents working at the branch.. I went to FNB Three Rivers a while ago to activate my card, the lady that assisted me went on lunch whilst she was busy assisting me. Did not even have the decency to let me know.
2nd **** experience was last Saturday. I needed to reset my username and password for my banking app , I told the lady that the message I received said the card would only be active within 2 working days unless I can activate it . Did not even bother to try and help. She could have verified me with my ID and thumb prints to assist to activate my card but could not have been bothered.
This is the type of **** service you can expect from FNB, you have people working for you that think that they are doing us a favor by being there. And I honestly don't see the point of having an FNB branch if we need to keep on phoning the FNB help desk. Please close your branches and let us phone the help desk, as AI phoned the help desk from my own phone once when I was at an FNB branch,
I can't access my money, pay my debts or rent..... Now I have to go back to the branch and all of this could have been resolved last Saturday......
I just wanted to give you some feedback regarding the experience I had at the FNB Branch in Three Rivers today. When I arrived a lovely lady called Refilwe Mhlabani assisted me, she actually listened to what I had to say . Another wonderful gentleman assisted me with my card (the card that they delivered to me on Friday was cancelled, still don't know how this happened! ) and gave me a temporary card. Refilwe then assisted me with getting my online banking reactivated. Once I was done there, she took me to the ATM and helped me change my pin.
I have not always had bad experiences, a while ago I was assisted by a friendly lady called Zodwa, biggest smile on her face and eager to assist.
And a big and huge thank you to the Branch Manager Wynand for personally coming to speak to me. He understood my frustrations immediately, and said if I had any further issues going forward I could ask for him directly.
What's just annoying is I phoned the FNB Call Centre before I went to the branch and asked who the Branch Manager at River Square is, and she told me she does not know who all the employees are that work at FNB? According to the Branch Manager they could have looked it up... Not cool FNB!!!
Thank you Wynand and Refilwe, you made a difference today . If Ihave any challenges going forward I will ask to speak to either of you to get it resolved.
Have a wonderful day further.
Kind Regards
Michelle
