FNB THREATS CONSUMERS TO UTILISE THIER SERVICES

<p>I recieved the below text from FNB </p> <p>" FNB eWallet was not used in 5 months. If not used in 30 days, R6.00 monthly fee will be deducted from eWallet.Dial *120*277# For queries, call ********** "</p> <p> </p> <p>Consumers should not be forced to utilise services such as the above. eWallet costs R9.50 per transaction. When needed the service is useful at R9.50, however, consumers maintain the right to decide and to choose if they infact wish to make use of such services. Threatening consumers is ********* and *******.</p>
