FNB THREATHING CLIENTS VIA SMS
Wednesday I receive an SMS from FNB that they require tax information from SARS from me. Two days later they write another SMS saying my account will be frozen within 2 days. I am on a business trip and find this approach absolutely unacceptable. I have been a client for many many years and this is the way they communicate. It is shocking!!
