FNB threatens to freeze business account
Last night(Friday) at 6pm I received an email from *** stating that my tax information on my business account is outstanding and there are attachments that I cannot open. Today is a public holiday so I cannot get a hold of FNB. The email states my account is at risk of being frozen. I am appalled by the service at FNB. I have no foreign accounts nor do I pay make any foreign accounts. If this is the manner in which FNB treats their business clients epecially in a time like this where we are receiving smses to do more online banking with the corona virus pandemic. I have staff to pay and FNB should think twice before freezing my account. FNB will lose my business if this is not sorted out.
