FNB Threatens Loyal Customers

In September 2020 FNB sent me CRS (SARS tax forms) to fill in in order for SARS to poke their noses into FNB client's banking information. Anyway, I filled in the docs and submitted them. Today, the 10th of November 2020, FNB sends me an email stating that I forgot to sign page 3 of the docs. That's fine, I printed and signed the doc and sent it back to them. What they also said in the email was: "This is required to prevent any interruption (or freezing) of your account." Wow! You are threatening to freeze my account because I forgot a signature? You cant just throw statements like that around! My money is in your bank! If you freeze my account I won't be able to buy food and live! That's it FNB. You don't respect your clients, I'll gradually be moving to a more professional bank. Cheers.
