FNB threatening to freeze accounts. Excuse being Fica requirements.

FNB is currently threatening to freeze my accounts if I don't update my information with them as per Fica regulations. Something the other banks haven't asked me to do.

I allready went to the bank branch and updated all the information. And gave the vank all the documents needed. Including the last 3 payslips. 2 weeks later I am told it is not enough. And they are threatening to freeze my accounts yet AGAIN if I don't comply with their demands.

This is giving me all the reason in the world now to never trust this blasted bank with anything!
