FNB this is the last time I complain!!! I am moving my business elsewhere!

I cant wait to get my property registered and move my business to another bank. I have complained numerous times about the consultant who is assisting me with my home loan query. I was reffed to another consultant by the name of Kgomotso Legau who was extremely rude and unhelpful on mail. To say I am disgusted is an understatement!!!!
