FNB this is not the time to test apps. Help with debt relief!!!

FNB has not helped me with relief during this COVID epidemic. I am in excellent standing with payments. I requested a payment holiday but they chose to rather offer debt relief by giving me a loan. They want to charge me 8.75% interest for a loan over 36 months. DISGUSTUNG!!! I am certain that they will be losing alot of clients!!! I'm not the only one. Just look at comments on their posts on Facebook. Stuff you FNB. I AM TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!
