FNB - This is NOT the Service we Expect From You As Clients
Since early this morning, I have been trying to get "Someone" via the "My service Suite to assist me with the my Investment. After been Dropped and/or Cut Off more than once AND after 50 minutes from logging on - STILL NO HELP OR ASSISTANCE & NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY

07 Sept 2021, 11:02Hi, my concern is that my Investment matures Soon, and I need FNB as my bankers to assist in finding which Investment will benefit us the most, as I was retrenched under Covid-19 1 Oct 20 and do not have an Income or Job. Regards Mr C K Shaw
