My complaint ref. no. 593003NF refers.<br> <br> I wonder if I should say thank you FNB for not assisting your loyal clients (Clients: You know, the people who keep their hard-earned money with you and always make sure they stay in the green).<br> <br> I received a reply from Peace Lecogo (Service Recovery Consultant) on 23 Feb 2015 stating that she has escalated my complaint to their Temp loans division and apologized for them not getting back to me. That was the only feedback I received and nothing has happened since.<br> <br> The Temporary Loan service was still not available to me. This after asking and explaining to them numerous times that I just need a nudge, just to help me through the last week of this month (Feb).<br> <br> I really feel like just another number and I believe the golden days of \going the extra mile for our clients"has passed long ago already. I"
