FNB Third Party Insurance taking advantage of disadvantage people.

I am FNB client. My car was involved in an accident with someone's car in April 2025. The Third party submitted all the documents as per Kudzai Matsike's (Neil Govendor Attorneys) instructions. The claim was concluded after 6 months. The total damage costs to the Third party's car is R28 000 however Kudzai sent a settlement offer of R1588.00 to him. That's a slap on the face. After multiple phone calls and emails I then asked Kudzai who is going to pay the difference. He then told me not to answer the Third party's calls and I will not pay that difference. He then advised me to contact Puleng Mosime at FNB of which I did. I sent her two emails for the past week and never responded to any. I guess that how she operates. FNB Short Term Insurance is debating monthly from my account without fail or skipping so I am expecting them to deliver without excuses.
