FNB THIRD INSURANCE

I'm honestly DUSGUSTED by how FNB is partnering with such inefficient third-party lawyers. My case has been with NIEL GOVANDER ATTORNEYS since JULY 2025 and there’s been zero PROGRESS. A THIRD PARTY CLAIM THEY AGREED TO SETTLE IN JULY 2025, I STILL WITHOUT A CAR!!!

It’s really reflecting poorly on FNB’s reputation. I'm not the only one facing this—it seems like a pattern. I’d strongly advise that nobody does insurance or any business with FNB if this is the kind of service and partnership they provide.
