FNB THINKS THE LAW IS OPTIONAL!

Fnb sees debt review as optional. FNB has been sent a letter not one, but twice, i was ccd in to the email INSTRUCTING them to CANCEL ALL DEBIT ORDERS AND DEBICHECKS of debit orders with immediate effect. This was done on 13/10/2020 and on 19/10/2020. What have they done? They went to STOP one debit order resulting in a overdraw fee on my cheque account, please NOTE you are supposed not to STOP DEBIT ORDERS IN A WAY IT CHARGES FEES, YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO STOP THE DEBIT ORDERS FROM THE AGREEMENT SIDE THAT SENDS THE DEBIT ORDER INSTRUCTIONS TO DEBIT. EVERY DEBIT ORDER STOP INSTRUCTION FEE THAT YOU CHARGE I WILL NOT PAY, as this was to be stopped by fnb personal loans and FNB credit card and fnb revolving loans. I have also requested account *** to be CLOSED ALMOST A MONTH AGO WHEN THERE WAS NO FEES CHARGED TO IT. CANCEL ALL DEBIT ORDERS AS REQUESTED FOR THE 3RD TIME AND REVERSE FEES CHARGED FOR STOP DEBIT ORDERS AND DEBIT ORDER RETURN FEES AS YOU WERE TO STOP IT FROM THE AGREEMENT SIDE AND NOT SEND STOP PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS. ALL AGREEMENTS THAT IS ON DEBIT ORDER ON THAT ACCOUNT IS WITH FNB AND ALL MUST BE STOPPED FROM FNBS SIDE. How hard can this be YOU ARE THE ONLY BANK THAT IGNORED THIS REQUEST FROM MY DEBT REVIEWER.
