FNB thinks its ok to put charity account on hold

I am disappointed and disgusted with FNB KYC. You put our account on hold on Monday and I went to the bank to sort it out (3 hours)! I then phoned the KYC department on Thursday because our account was still not opened. I spent about 5 hours on the phone trying to fix this yesterday with no luck. Followed by going to the branch only to find out they have no power to do anything. If you have a backlog you need to open our account, you can't keep it on hold indefinitely. We have supp**** the documents you need. We have children in disadvantaged communities depending on us and we have already missed the payment deadline for 20 of them who are supposed to go to a chess tournament! Fnb is preventing us from helping people in the communities that need it. Amazing how when you follow all the rules you are still treated as a ********, but they can't lock up the real ones! fix this so we can change our bank once its done.
