FNB thinks it is superior - not true

FNB - what is it about your bank/service that you believe warrants charged exorbitant monthly charges on your credit card. You charge Monthly Acc Fee R48.50 Credit Facility R16.00 = R64.50. ABSA charges Monthly Acc Fee R21.18 Credit Facility R25.22 = R46.40 and Capitec charges a monthly fee of R35.00. It is disgusting the way FNB believes they are so superior that they can charge R18.10 more per month than ABSA and R29.50 more than Capitec?? Obviously I will be cancelling my FNB credit card immediately.

I have responded to your email wherein you advise that my Credit Card A/C Fee should be R32.00 and not R48.50 - obviously a major over-charge has been occurring. Please refer to my email response to you and arrange for the refund for the over-charge since February 2018. Thank you.
