FNB thing twice

Update on the terrible service from FNB, well I am now 4 weeks down and STILL have no resolve to my issue, after my last post on Hello Peter I was assigned an agent to whom I sent all the documents too, once again, and got feedback daily of I have escalated, that's all I get pillar to post with nothing being done.

Gone are the days that FNB was the peoples bank.
