Pathetic service.

I’ve been waiting for IT from FNB for the last three days. I complained on Monday, and still all feedback i got from the life insurance department is, waiting for IT department.

They took more money of my account than they should have. Quick to take money, but want to take forever to pay it back.

FNB, how much money can i take by you Is the only slogan they should have.
