A few years ago I had a cheque account with FNB which I requested to be closed on a number of occasions with branches and premier banking. Much to my surprise as usual FNB does not fullfil their duties. They now requesting me to pay bank charges on a closed account of R4620. I logged complaints through their resolution centre but as usual they don't respond to that either.
