FNB thievery

Worst bank services ever experienced. Transferred large funds from one of my accounts to another monies accidently transferred to one of my closed accounts still reflecting on my online banking. Called FNB immediately to request return of funds was told to send a mail to one of FNB dept received mail saying working on it this was on the 9th July no replies to date sent mails requesting status read receipts received no reply to date FNB now taken my money and not small funds either. So would not recommend banking with them ******* and poor services.
