FNB (*****s) Debt Review (Also *****s)

I am entered debt review earlier this month - one of the processes is for the debt counselor to ensure that debit orders don't come off - now I called FNB various times last week as well earlier today to confirm that my debit orders have been cancelled, they have the nerve to tell me that there is still a chance my debit orders come off - that is ***en unacceptable and I want to make it known that FNB are just fuekn *****s - my debit orders better not come off as I have given them sufficient time to cancel the debit orders, my debt counselors have already sent the required documents to them early last week.

Please make sure my debit orders don't come off because these *****s will then use this against and say I've defaulted but that isn't the case - sort this **** out ASAP - FNB as well Debt Review - don't give me **** and provide me with constructive feedback
